2025年4月29日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定智能电视（Certain Smart Televisions，调查编码：337-TA-1420）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2025年4月7日作出的初裁（No.11）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止本案对美国注册专利号11,924,502所有申诉的调查。 

    2024年9月24日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定智能电视（Certain Smart Televisions）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1420）。 

    2024年8月22日，日本Maxell, Ltd of Kyoto, Japan向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号8,549,109、11,451,860、11,924,502、10,958,971），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
