2022年9月9日，美国OPEX公司依据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定，向美国国际贸易委员会提出申请，指控对美出口、在美进口或在美销售的特定自动播种墙和自动存取系统、相关车辆和控制软件及其组件（Certain Automated Put Walls and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems, Associated Vehicles, Associated Control Software, And Component Parts Thereof）侵犯其专利权，请求发起337调查，并发布有限排除令和禁止令。美国、中国共两家企业涉案。
