2023年4月6日，美国West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc.、美国West Pharma. Services IL, Ltd根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定带有集成样品瓶适配器的液体转移装置（Certain Liquid Transfer Devices with an Integral Vial Adapter）侵犯了其知识产权。 

   中国台湾地区Advcare Medical, Inc. of Taiwan、中国广东Dragon Heart Medical Devices Co., Ltd. of China广东龙心医疗器械有限公司、美国Dragon Heart Medical, Inc. of Addison, IL、美国Summit International Medical Technologies, Inc. of Franklin, MA为列名被告。
