2023年4月3日，美国Netgear, Inc.根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定Wi-Fi路由器、Wi-Fi设备、Wi-Fi组网设备及其软硬件组件（Certain Wi-Fi Routers, Wi-Fi Devices, Mesh Wi-Fi Network Devices, and Hardware and Software Components Thereof）侵犯了其知识产权。 

   中国广东TP-Link Technologies Co., Ltd., China普联技术有限公司、中国香港TP-Link Corporation Limited, Hong Kong、美国TP-Link USA Corporation, Irvine, CA、美国TP-Link Research Institute USA Corp., San Jose, CA为列名被告。
